Resume Registration
1. How can i register my profile with Eden?
The registration of profile is simple and free of cost. Just click on Post Resume menu link. Link takes you to registration form. Provide all your valid credetials. Filling up some of the details is not mandatory, but is recommended to fill complete form. It enables you to present a comprehensive resume and one that gets you headhunted.
Once that is done you have your profile registered with us and recieve a confirmation email including your login id and password. Add mail Sender's ID to your safe sender list to avoid spamming.
2. I didn't recieve confirmation email after registration?
If you didn't recieve confirmation email after registration, please check your spam. May be your mail provider filtered it as spam. If yes, then please add the email-ID to safe sender list.
If you don't find the mail in spam, please use password recovery option in login window to send you details again.
3. How can i update my registered profile?
KEEP YOUR PROFILE UP TO DATE ! Updating your profile should be a regular activity.
To update profile, login into the site, open your profile, check details in relevent section and use Edit to open it in Edit Mode. make the necessary changes in your Profile by editing and Click update to alter changes.
4. Does it cost to post my Resume?
No, posting a Resume with us is absolutely Free of Cost.
5. I can’t remember the password to my account. How can I login again?
If you have forgotten your password, use forgot password link in login window.In order to retrieve your account password, you need to enter e-mail address specified in your resume. Once, you have, a confirmation mail with your password will be sent directly to your inbox.
Job Application
1. How can I apply for a selected job?
To apply job, you must register with us and logged in with your user-id and password.
There is two way to apply Job.
- View Details of job and Click apply from that page.
- Select multiple jobs in job list or job search result and click Apply Selected. By This way, you can apply for multiple jobs at the same time.
2. I am not registered on the site. Can I still apply?
No, you can't apply for job without registration. Please register your profile first, its easy, quick and free of cost. Click here to register your profile now!
3. Do I have an option to reapply for a particular job vacancy?
It is absolutely un-necessary to reapply jobs. This feature is not available. Your first application is enough and will be considered only.
4. How do I know if I have successfully applied for a job?
After applying for job, you will be shown with success message. Also same success message with Job Application ID will be sent to your mail.
5. When can I expect a response after a successful job application?
Once you have successfully applied for a particular job vacancy, any future correspondence towards the same lies solely at the discretion of the company.
Security Advice
1. We encourage you to be wary of emails that
- Ask your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email
- Ask for monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for any employment/recruitment related purpose
- Promise emigration and ask for money to process visa, etc
Before you respond to such emails, we suggest you to do a discreet enquiry and be sure to verify the legitimacy of the company with whom you are interacting. Our Company will not ask for any such details, don't entertain any such emails.
2. Educate yourself against Fraud/Scams.
We encourage you to read the following and make yourself aware of the warning signs of the most common kinds of Internet and Email frauds.
2.1 Phising:
Phishing is an attempt by fraudsters to 'fish' for your personal details. A phishing attempt is usually in the form of an e-mail, which encourages you to click a link that takes you to a fraudulent log-on page designed to capture your account/password/personal details. These emails can also be used to lure the recipient into downloading harmful software. Please note that Eden will never ask you to download software in order to access your account.

2.2 Spoofing
Spoof emails usually include a fraudulent offer of employment and/or an invitation to perform a monetary transaction. Such email scams are, unfortunately, common across the world and could target anyone - including unsuspecting jobseekers who have registered with Eden. The sender's address is often disguised and/or the sender may not have provided the entire contact information, such as, the correct physical address, phone numbers and email ID.
